4×4 Quads: Estanguet wins a stage again and Mazzucco fights to continue leading

Julio Estanguet (Can Am Renegade) got his second consecutive stage victory as he won the special going back to the capital city. The top place in the Overall still belongs to Daniel Mazzucco (Can Am Renegade) who had another difficult day but still has a good advantage.

Estanguet looks like the most solid rider in the last two stages and if it had not been for the problems in the first day, he would surely be fighting for the top places.

“It was a very fast stage, nothing to do with yesterday’s.   The second part was great fun with a mixture of trial, fast sectors, with vegetation; really with a wide variety.  Unfortunately, we are far in the Overall but this is great training for the coming Dakar”, Estanguet said. He arrived at the end of the 314,28 kilometers clocking 4:01.27

Meanwhile, Daniel Mazzucco, was quite delayed again, but thanks to the advantage he got in the first stages, he is still dominating in the Overall.  The second place there belongs to Lucas Zaffi (Can Am Renegade) who followed Estanguet today.  The Bolivian rider Leonardo Martínez (Can Am Renegade) is third.
